Bhavna Udernani, the Managing Director of Adhaan Solution, has had a remarkable journey as an entrepreneur dedicated to making a difference in Human resource management. Despite humble beginnings, she always envisioned owning a business of her own. Her dream became a reality through Adhaan Solution, a small start-up with a solid foundation. Her strong leadership and business acumen were crucial in safeguarding Adhaan’s stability and positioning for continued success during the global Covid pandemic from 2020 to 2022. Her exceptional business development skills and ethics supported Adhaan in collaborating with some of the most prestigious clients and MNCs.
Adhaan Solution has undergone an incredible transformation, developing and
diversifying itself to keep pace with the ever-changing market. What once began as as mall team has now grown into a strong workforce of more than 150 + employees spread over 16 satellite branches all over India. Bhavna acknowledged the importance of digital innovations, so new technologies, advanced software, and data management systems were incorporated. Her unwavering commitment to aligning with the latest ideas and business strategies has secured immense fame and repute for the company.
Bhavna strongly believes in gender equality. She is passionate about supporting women (looking for a second career), people across regions and beyond ethnicity, LGBTQ, and our retired veterans. I have a decade-long experience in Human Resource Operations and People Management, and I co-own Adhaan Solution with Ms. Bhavna Udernani. Adhaan Solution, since its inception in 2010, has proven itself to be a dynamic and innovative enterprise, emerging as one of the leading HR solutions in the country. Over the past decade, we have experienced remarkable growth in business and revenue. With the collaborative efforts of our team, Adhaan is also progressing by adding new centers and technology support for improved service deliveries.
