Though Adhaan Solution is known as a par excellence provider of HR services that has placed over one lakh candidates till date, the journey has not been an easy one. Fueled by her firm belief that she could deliver better services than the ones available in the market at that time, Bhavna took the decision to leave her cushy, secured job and start out on her own. In 2010, it was difficult to convince financial institutions for lending funds to a woman with no collaterals. Thus, Adhaan’s journey started with Bhavna’s EPF, PPF, savings from her personal account, and some money borrowed from her near and dear ones. She had no other financial support or client network, but she was passionate about her work and also she perceived nextgen requirements of the industry.
